An information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr M Davidson under Rule 302(5)(a) alleging that Trainer Miss K King used an unregistered person for trackwork at the Riverton Racecourse on at least two occasions over the past week.

An information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr M Davidson under Rule 302(5)(a) alleging that Trainer Miss K King used an unregistered person for trackwork at the Riverton Racecourse on at least two occasions over the past week.

It was noted and recorded that K King admitted the breach and did not wish to be present at the hearing.

Mr Davidson stated that Miss King had not been charged under this Rule over the past twelve months and that she had been very co-operative regarding the investigation.

--

In fixing penalty the Committee took into account Miss King's early admittance of a breach of the rule.

--

Miss King was fined $150.
