The informant was Mr. J M Muirhead and the defendant M/s M Wallis. --The information stated that M/s M Wallis the driver of "What You Call" drove carelessly when she came out off the back of "Lucky Mountain Girl" A Molloy with approximately 350 meters to run checking Strassman N Thorne, which was racing on it's outside breaking and losing it's chance. --M/s Wallis was present at this hearing and admitted the breach --Mr. Muirhead requested that the evidence of the protest hearing was his case and this was not objected to by M/s Wallis. --Mr. Muirhead and M/s Wallis both made submissions on penalty and the driving record of M/s Wallis was presented for perusal this record showed no breaches of any rules and Mr. Muirhead asked for a suspension of M/s Wallis's horsewoman's licence. --Decision And Reasons. --This judicial Committee having taken into account the frank admission of the breach of rule 869(3) (b) by M/s Wallis, and her impeccable driving record imposed a penalty of a suspension of M/s Wallis's horsewoman's licence up to and including the 1st September 2005, effectively 2 days. --Chairman |
