An information was lodged by Stipendary Steward Mr J Muirhead pursuant to Rule 857(7)(g).

An information was lodged by Stipendary Steward Mr J Muirhead pursuant to the above Rule against Mr RJ Brosnan the Driver of Trina's Gem in Race 1 in that Mr Brosnan failed to come up into position at barrier number 5 behind the mobile start.

Mr Brosnan admitted the breach of the Rule and did not wish to be present at the Hearing.

Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident to the Committee by video film and advised that the recommended fine for a first offence of this type is $100.00.

The Committee accordingly ordered that Mr Brosnan be fined the sum of $100.00.
