----An information was lodged by Stipendary Steward Mr J Muirhead against Mr G Robb the Driver of Shezaclassact alleging that Mr Robb failed to come up and maintain his position at barrier 6 behind the mobile start with Shezaclassact.
----Mr Robb admitted the charge and was present at the Hearing.
----Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident to the Committee by video film.
----Mr Muirhead advised that the Stipendary Stewards had been given instructions to police mobile starts to ensure that Drivers had their horses in the correct position.
----Mr Robb advised that he had pleaded guilty because he was not in the correct position at the start and he was following the Trainer's instructions because his horse pulls hard if driven out of the mobile barrier. He was happy however to accept the penalty so long as the Stipendary Stewards were consistent in dealing with charges of this kind.
----The recommended fine for a first offence of this type is $100.00 but Mr Robb preferred a suspension of one driving day and Mr Muirhead was happy with this.
----The Committee ordered that Mr Robb's Horseman's Licence be suspended up to and including the 25th of August 2006.
