--Mr R. Sanders informed the committee that Jockey S. Doyle came to the stewards and confirmed he would not be able to make the weight to ride LA CELTIC PRINCESS.
--Mr Sanders added it was nearly 12 months since jockey Doyle was last charged under this rule.
--He believed the breach should be best handled by way of a fine and suggested a fine in the range of $100 - $200 would be appropriate.
--Jockey S. Doyle confirmed his approaching the stewards when he realised he would be unable to make the weight.
