CHARGES:
--A protest was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mrs K R Williams under rule 870 (3) and the Breaking Horse Regulations alleging that the horse Partyboysimon broke between 100 and 120 meters from the finishing line and did not recover his gate. Mr Orange admitted the breach and did not wish to contest the protest.
