Mr Goodwin outlined the facts as he saw them which were as follows.

Mr Cameron had been engaged by Trainer Mr S Marsh to ride four of his horses at the meeting, he and Mr Cameron had some sort of a disagreement and Mr Marsh rang Mr Goodwin and asked could he have the services of replacement riders, Mr Goodwin agreed.

Mr Cameron when made aware of this contacted the connections of ZELMIRA and advised them he would not be coming down for the meeting as he would have only one ride.
----
The connections of ZELMIRA contacted Mr Goodwin and told him they were unhappy with Mr Cameron breaking the engagement to ride ZELMIRA.
----
Mr Goodwin contacted Mr Cameron by phone and he confirmed he would not be coming to the meeting, he told Mr Goodwin he had contacted the Bureau and it was his view he had done enough.
----
The Committee on the day could go no further and Mr Goodwin informed them he would follow up the foregoing Alleged Breach of the Rules.
