Following the running of Race 10 Information was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr Muirhead against horseman S McCAFFREY alleging he drove MALCOLM RANDALL carelessly striking the sulky wheel of TUX, causing interference to his own horse, and to TUX, CONTRADICTION and TALK ABOUT A GAMBLE, with about 1400 metres to run
--Mr McCAFFREY admitted the breach and elected not to be present for the hearing.
--Video evidence produced clearly showed Mr McCaffrey to drive into the rear of the sulky drawn by Tux buckling the right wheel and causing flow on interference to Contradiction and Talk about a Gamble. Mr McCaffrey
--was ejected from his sulky and Malcolm Randall and Tux took no further part in the race

Finding the charge established 4 days suspension was sought by Mr Muirhead because of the level of carelessness displayed.
Taking into account his clean driving record, an early acceptance of responsibility and his driving commitments Mr McCaffrey's driving licence is suspended after the last race on 31st December 2005 until after the last race on 6th January 2006
