An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr BJ van Kan against Trainers G Rogerson & P Blanchard alleging that they presented LAMBRUSCO to race with Blinds which were not notified.
Mr Blanchard advised this Committee that he did admit the breach and he did not wish to be present at the hearing.
Mr van Kan advised that this charge had been presented to this Committee because it was the 3rd breach of this Rule by the Partnership in the last 3 months.
Submissions for Penalty:
Mr van Kan submitted that because this was the 3rd breach of this rule in 3 months then a fine of $200.00 is appropriate.
