| -- DECISION & REASON: --Following race 3 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871(1)(d) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J Oatham, that Mr M Coleman rider of MR MULTIWIN committed a breach of that rule when at approximately 300 metres from the finish angled his mount outwards for a clear run ahead when only ? of a length ahead of SOVEREIGN (N Harris) who had to check (SOVEREIGN) as his position became tight. --PENALTY: --Mr Oatham submitted that a suspension should be imposed for the following reasons: --
Mr Coleman submitted that this was an error of judgement and was looking for racing room on the favourite. --In determining penalty: we take into account ? --
We impose a suspension from the conclusion of racing on 4 May up to and including 14 May 2005. ----
