--The information alleged that Mr T F Shaw failed to present Darth Invader in the assembly area with Pull Down Blinds as it had previously raced with at the Auckland Trotting Club's meeting on the 31st December 2004. Mr Shaw admitted the breach and did not wish to be present at the hearing.
