The information stated that Trainer Mr. D Chandler failed to affix the "Shaft Extension", on Shiney Blue Chip, this extension coming adrift in the run up to the start resulting in a false start to this race. Mr. Chandler admitted the breach and did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information. Submissions were made on penalty By Mr. McIntyre.
