--Licensed Trainer, Mr M J Smolenski, was charged with a breach of the Notification of Drivers Regulation in that, as the trainer of SEYMOUR VICOLO an acceptor for Race 9, Advanced Joinery Limited Pace, he failed to notify a driver for that horse prior to the prescribed time.
----Mr Smolenski had signed the Statement of Defendant on the information form indicating, firstly, that he admitted the breach and, secondly, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information.
----The charge was found proved and Mr Smolenski was fined the sum of $50.00.
