--Mr A E Veint, as agent for Mr Taylor, had signed the Statement by the Defendant on the information form indicating that the breach was admitted and, further, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The breach was found proved accordingly.
--Mr N M Ydgren, Stipendiary Steward, on behalf of Mr Escott, informed the Committee that a driver for INNES LAD had not been notified by the required time, 4.00pm on Thursday, 9 April. He recommended a fine of $50.
--Mr Taylor was fined the sum of $50.
