--This information alleged a breach of Rule 520 (4) (C) in that Mr O. Bosson accepted the ride on Pertinacious and was subsequently overweight. Mr Bosson admitted the breach of this rule.
--Submissions were made with respect to penalty by Mr Coles who said that Mr Bosson was frank and straight forward with his admission of the breach.
--Mr Coles submitted that a fine of $100 would be appropriate. Mr Bosson did not wish to make any further submissions.
--The panel accepted the submission with respect to penalty and considered the $100 fine appropriate. Taking into consideration his admission of the breach and his frankness with respect to this, the panel agreed that a fine of $100 was appropriate.
