Facts:
An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr BJ van Kan against Licensed Trainer Mr B Purdon alleging that Mr Purdon presented Bettor Sweet without the Removeable Deafeners.
Mr Purdon was present and admitted the breach.
Submissions for Penalty:
Mr van Kan left it to the Committee to decide penalty but said that this was Mr Purdon's 5th breach of the Rule in the last 6 months and that is the reason for bringing it to the Committee.
Mr Purdon again said he has a new Stable Foreman who comes from France and he is getting used to the NZ systems. He asked for leniency.
