--The judges placings for this race were 1st No 2, 2nd No 10, 3rd No 1, 4th No 5, 5th No 3, 6th No 7.
--The protest was not contested by the connections of B.R.Commando and the information was signed by part trainer Mr. R.Mitchell and Mr.B.Lee the driver.
--Mr Muirhead showed the video of this race and in the run home B.R.Commando was observed to gallop for the last approx, 200meters therby being in breach of rule 870 and its sub-clauses.
--Mr Muirhead sought disqualification of B.R.Commando from 3rd place.

Decision And Reasons.
--As this protest was not contested by the connections of B.R.Commando and it was clear from the video evidence that B.R.Commando did gallop for approx, 200 meters in the run to the finish line the protest is upheld and this horse is duly disqualified from 3rd place in this race .
--The amended placings shall now be, 1st No 2, 2nd No 10, 3rd No 5, 4th No 3, 5th No 7.
