Facts:
Following the running of Race 2 an Information Instigating a Protest was lodged by Mr Muirhead. He alleged that RAY galloped excessively (180 metres) over the concluding stages in breach of the Breaking Horse Regulations.
Mr May, Part owner of RAY endorsed the Information " I do not contest the protest".

Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident by use of the video films. The films showed quite clearly RAY breaking excessively for at least 180 metres.
Reasons for Decision:
The protest is not contested and clearly the provisions of Rule 870(3) and The Breaking Horse regulations apply. The committee after viewing the films are satisfied that RAY did breach the Rules.
