OSCAR DELA H broke free of interference about 40m from the finishing line and was still in a break at the finishing line and was lapped on by the other two horses. Mr Mangos had endorsed the information ?I do not contest Protest?. Given that evidence the Committee upheld the protest and relegated OSCAR DELA H to 5th place, promoted NACOKEE to 3rd and THE DON to 4th. |
