--Penalty
Mr Muirhead said under normal circumstances a 2-3 day suspension would be appropriate due to his horse been relegated. Mr White had no previous breach of this rule in the last 12 months.
Mr White submitted he would prefer a fine to a suspension due to commitments next week. Mr Muirhead had no objection to a fine but said he would be recommending a fine in the range from $500.00-$750.00. Mr White accepted this recommendation.

The Committee carefully considered all of the evidence and submissions , we believe Mr White be given credit for his guilty plea, clear driving record in the last 12 months and took into account his commitments, on this occasion we impose a fine of $500.00.
