An information was lodged alleging a breach of rule 869 (3) (b), the information alleged that horsewoman Miss N Chilcott drove Harry Kay carelessly improving where there was insufficient room inside Auto Pick ( A Mathews), in the run home
--Miss N Chilcott admitted the breach and did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information.
--Mr. Muirhead showed the committee the video of the run home and this clearly showed Harry Kay attempting to gain a run inside of "Auto Pick which was in the passing lane", where there was no room for this horse. Harry Kay ran over several marker pegs and broke from it's gait, this was caused by Harry Kay being in a position where he should not have been. Mr. Muirhead stressed to the committee that although Miss Chilcott was careless in putting her horse in this position he considered that this was at the lower end of the scale
--Submissions were heard on penalty from Mr. Muirhead and a fine of $200.00 was recommended in this instance.

--This Judicial Committee having taken into consideration Miss Chilcott's admission of the breach of this rule, her driving record and the recommendation from Mr. Muirhead imposed a fine of $200.00 in this instance.
