Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident by use of the video film. LORD RODDICK drew No. 1 on the front line and shortly after the start broke and came back on SONIC'S LEGACY causing that horse to break and lose all chance.
DECISION
--Based on the evidence of the video film and the evidence of Mr Muirhead and the admission of Mr Balle, I disqualified LORD RODDICK. LORD RODDICK clearly breached Rule 869 (4). The Judge's placings then to be :
