--Mr. Muirhead showed the video of the start of this race and this clearly showed PARADISE EARL starting from no2 on the front line and not in the unruly position as required under the rules.
--Submissions were made on penalty by both Mr Muirhead and Mr Ferguson and the driving record of Mr Ferguson was produced for perusal.

Decision and Reasons.
--As the breach of this rule has been admitted by Mr P C Ferguson and it is clear that PARADISE EARL did start from its wrong barrier position a fine of $350.00 is imposed in this instance.
