Miss Johnson pleaded guilty and was represented by Trainer Mr L Noble, Miss Johnson said she had finished riding and only left the specified areas to take tickets to someone. She said she did know the rule however and was coming back to get her gear. PENALTY SUBMISSIONS: Mr Oatham submitted a fine of $150-$250 would be appropriate. Mr Noble said it was only a momentary lapse on Miss Johnson's part. PENALTY: The committee considered all submissions and before imposing penalty reminded Miss Johnson of her obligations under this rule. Accordingly we impose a fine of $200.00. R Seabrook Chairman
