An information was filed pursuant to Rule 304 by the informant Stipendiary Steward Mr A Coles. He alleged that Mr T Ihaka failed to obey a direction that was issued by the Stewards in that he was not to wear the vest in question.
--Mr Ihaka admitted the breach and said it was stupidity on his behalf.
--Mr Coles said Mr Ihaka was told some time ago never to wear the vest in question again. He submitted a fine of $500 would be appropriate.

PENALTY
--The Committee considered all evidence and told Mr Ihaka how disappointed we were he disobeyed a steward’s directive. Accordingly we impose a fine of $500.
