--Following the running of race number 7 the Stipendiary Stewards filed an information instigating a charge against B Orange, (the driver of "Too Much To Do") alleging that he shifted his horse inside the marker line in the run home.
--At the outset of the hearing the Committee noted that the Defendant admitted the breach and did not wish to appear. The charge is accordingly found proven.
----In respect of penalty the Stipendiary Stewards indicated that they had recommended a fine of $100.00 and indicated that Mr Orange had accepted the recommended fine. A fine of $100.00 is imposed.
