--Following race 6 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 856(1) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J P Oatham, that C Ormsby, rider of YEAR OF THE CAT, placed second by the Judged, failed to weigh-in. Mr Ormsby and Mr D O?Sullivan who represented the connections of the horse, accepted the facts as presented by Mr Oatham in that Mr Ormsby had failed to present himself at the scales and had instead gone straight to the jockeys room. Given the facts of admission the mandatory disqualification of YEAR OF THE CAT (8) was undertaken and the placings become:
