--Mr Allison demonstrated on the video that just short of the line JIMBOB JAC broke and galloped across the line. The still photo of the finish showed that JIMBOB JAC was lapped on by THOMAS JOHN. Mrs Dillon agreed with this. In accordance with Rule 870(5) I relegate JIMBOB JAC to behind THOMAS JOHN.
