Following the running of race 2 an information alleging a breach of rule 869 (2) c , was lodged the information alleged that Mr B Lee the horseman of Doctor McCool used his whip and projected his whip outside the confines of his sulky and/or drew his whip further back than the sulky seat.
--Mr Lee admitted the breach of this rule and signed the information that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information.
