Following the running of Race 3, the Bahco Tools (NZ) Mobile Pace, Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren laid an Information charging Ms M. R. McIntyre with a breach of Rule 859(a)(ii) in that Ms McIntyre failed to parade her horse (Midnight Slipper) in the correct manner.

DECISION AND PENALTY:
--Following the running of Race 3, the Bahco Tools (NZ) Mobile Pace, Stipendiary Steward Mr N. M. Ydgren laid an Information charging Ms M. R. McIntyre with a breach of Rule 859(a)(ii) in that Ms McIntyre failed to parade her horse (Midnight Slipper) in the correct manner.
--Ms McIntyre is a Junior Horsewoman and she advised that she did not require the assistance of a senior horseman. Ms McIntyre had indicated on the information that she admitted this breach of the Rules and she confirmed this at the hearing.
--Ms McIntyre confirmed to the committee that she knew the Rule but had no explanation for breaching the Rule in this instance.
----In relation to penalty the Stipendiary Stewards recommended the standard fine for a first offence of $50.00 and the committee agreed with this recommendation.
