--The information alleged that horseman Mr S.Reid unduly looked around during the race when driving TOTO in race nine.

--The information alleged that horseman Mr S.Reid unduly looked around during the race when driving TOTO in race nine.
--Mr. Reid signed the information admitting the breach of rule 869 (1), and also said that he did not wish to be present at the hearing.
--Mr. Muirhead showed the video of the alleged incident and this clearly showed Mr.Reid to look around on at least 16 occasions after he took the lead with TOTO.
--Mr Muirhead sought a penalty in the range of $100.00 to $200.00
--Decision And Reasons.
--Having taken into consideration the frank admission of the breach of this rule by Mr.Reid and his clear driving record a fine of $150.00 was imposed in this instance.
