--Following the running of Race 2, Ferrymead Restaurant & Bars Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Chief Stipendiary Steward, Mr N R Escott, against Licensed Trainer, Mr D A Taylor, alleging that Mr Taylor, as the trainer of SUE DREAMER in the race, failed to affix the pull down blinds to that mare so as not to malfunction.
----Mr Taylor had signed the Statement by the Defendant on the information form indicating that he admitted the breach and that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information.
----The charge was found proved and Mr Taylor was fined the sum of $100.00.
