----An information was lodged by Stipendary Steward Mr J Muirhead pursuant to the above Rule against Mr MW McKendry the Driver of Ready For Battle in Race 6 in that Mr McKendry failed to come up into position at barrier number 5 behind the mobile start.
----Mr McKendry admitted the breach of the Rule and did not wish to be present at the Hearing.
----Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident to the Committee by video film and advised that the recommended fine for a first offence of this type is $100.00.
----The Committee accordingly ordered that Mr McKendry be fined the sum of $100.00.
