Following race 3 an information was lodged by Mr J P Oatham alleging a breach of Rule 862(1) in that Mrs White presented THREE QUARTER PACE (number 19) late in the birdcage. Consequently race 3 was delayed.

Mrs A White pleaded guilty.

Mrs A White accepted that she was responsible for the horse. Candidly she stated that she had made an error.

Taking into account your plea of guilty and your explanation we impose a fine of $200.
