--Stipendiary Steward Mr T Taumanu submitted that this matter could be dealt with by way of a modest fine and in the absence of a submission from Mr Fraser it is the finding of this committee that he be fined the sum of $100.00, this being in keeping with penalties for breaches of this Rule.
