| -- An Information lodging a protest was laid by Stipendiary Steward Mr T TAUMANU following the running of race 11, on behalf of the connections of AUTOPICK (T GRAYLING) placed 6th by the Judge, against JESS PURRFICK(B TAYLOR) placed 5th by the Judge on the grounds that JESS PURRFICK hung after the start checking AUTOPICK. ----The protest was not contested by the connections of Jess Purrfick represented by Driver Mr B TAYLOR ----Evidence was given by Mr Taumanu with reference to video tapes which showed the interference shortly after the start of the race and the subsequent checking of Autopick.Mr Taylor admitted his horse was at fault and deserved relegation ----DECISON ----There was clearly interference which affected the chances of Autopick and the Judges placings are amended to reflect this,AUTOPICK being advanced to 5th place and JESS PURRFICK being relegated to 6th place ----Amended placingas are ----1st 2 OHOKA QTEE --2nd 7 HARRY KAY --3rd 13 ICANRUNTOO --4th 8 MAHEER BEACH --5th 10 AUTOPICK --6th 3 JESS PURRFICK ------ -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
