--The three horses concerned were JARVSOFAKS, COOL FELLA and LOUGH BEG, acceptors for Races 1, 4 and 6 respectively.
--Mr McGrath had signed the Statement by the Defendant on the information form indicating that he admitted the breach and, further, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The breach was found proved accordingly.
--Mr N M Ydgren, Stipendiary Steward, on behalf of Mr Escott, informed the Committee that drivers for the three horses referred to had not been notified by the required time, 4.00pm on Thursday, 9 April. He recommended a fine of $50.
--Mr McGrath was fined the sum of $50.
