--Driver Mr B LEE was charged with driving STACEY BRYDON carelessly causing his own horse to break up, losing several lengths with 700 metres to run after contesting a position with SPIRIT OF THE DOLL (P FERGUSSON).
--Mr Lee admitted the charge and was present for the hearing.
--Mr Muirhead gave evidence and referred to video tapes of the incident in support of the charge.
--In submissions on penalty Mr Muirhead suggested the offending was at the lower end of the scale and asked for a fine in the range of $200 to 300.
--Mr Lee agreed with the the suggested penalty admitted his error and said that he had pulled out from the intended move as soon as he realised his predicament.
