--Mr McGarry did not wish to be present and indicated he would accept the $100 fine recommended by the stipendiary steward. Mr McGarry has no previous breaches of this rule and in these circumstances we adopt the stipendiary steward’s recommendation and fine Mr McGarry the sum of $100.
