--Stipendiary Steward Mr S. P. Renault has filed an Information against Licensed Trainer Mr K. A. Dixon alleging a breach of Rule 865(2) and the Approved Gear Regulations. It was alleged that Mr Dixon failed to submit a notifiable gear form by the required time for “Peraki King”, this horse having worn half blinds in Race 4 the Forbury Function Centre Mobile Pace on 09 April 2009.

It was alleged that Mr Dixon failed to submit a notifiable gear form by the required time for “Peraki King”, this horse having worn half blinds in Race 4 the Forbury Function Centre Mobile Pace.
--Mr Dixon had indicated on the information that he admitted this breach of the Rules and that he did not wish to attend the hearing. The Stipendiary Stewards recommended a fine of $50-00 in this case, and we were satisfied that this was an appropriate amount. Accordingly Mr Dixon was fined the sum of $50-00.
