Following the running of race no. 7 the information instigating a request for a ruling was lodged by the stipendiary stewards alleging that T.K. Allen (the rider of "Wild Planet" placed 5th by the judge) failed to weigh-in as required under Rule 856(1) and that "Wild Planet" be disqualified from the race.
