--Presenting his case, the Informant detailed how the Defendant had made contact with him the previous day, advising that he could not make the declared weight of 55.5 for Egeria. The Defendant had made such contact in time for all appropriate notifications to be made, although he had not initially been able to contact the trainers.
--The Informant further advised the Committee that the Defendant had been having major problems with his weight, and associated issues, and would be standing down for some time to address such matters.
--The Informant's recommendation as to penalty was that it should be monetary, notwithstanding his previous history of like offending.
