| -- DECISION AND REASONS: --Following the running of Race 10, Canterbury Mazda Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward, Mr S T Larkins, against Licensed Public Trainer, Mr R K Aubrey, alleging that Mr Aubrey, as the trainer of RAMESES in the race, failed to affix the spreaders on that horse so as not to come adrift during the running. ----Mr Aubrey signed the Statement by the Defendant on the information form acknowledging that he admitted the breach of the rule and that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. ----The charge was found to be proved and Mr Aubrey was fined the sum of $100. |
