Background
--[1] Information No. alleged as follows:
--That being the holder of a Permit to Train issued pursuant to the provisions of Rule 306 (2) and (3) of the New Zealand Rules of Racing, [the Defendant] did specify that [she was] to train from the premises of Brookfield Road, Timaru, which is a requirement pursuant to the criteria of Rule 306 (3) (a), AND THAT [the Defendant] did further operate and train [her] horses from the property of Mr Clifdon Lewis Shortus, at 159 Levels Plain Road, RD4, Timaru, without first obtaining the authority of the Board of New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing, pursuant to Rule 503 (11) of the said Rules, AND THAT [she] did thereby commit a breach of Rule 503 (11) for which [the Defendant] may be liable to such penalty or penalties that may be imposed upon [her] pursuant to Rule 1003 of the Rules.
