Mr Alfeld admitted the breach, and indicated he did not wish to be present. Mr Renault stated that Mr Alfeld’s record was clear with respect to this rule and asked for a fine of $100. I am aware this is the usual fine for a breach of this nature and, there being no aggravating factors, I impose a fine of this sum.
