Following Race 9 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871 (1) (d) by the informant Mr J Oatham when he alleged that Ms K Davidson permitted her mount ZERGAR to shift outwards near the 150 metres when not sufficiently clear
Following Race 9 an information was filed pursuant to Rule 871 (1) (d) by the informant Mr J Oatham when he alleged that Ms K Davidson permitted her mount ZERGAR to shift outwards near the 150 metres when not sufficiently clear of THALESTRIS, ridden by N Collett, and forcing THE GAFFER, ridden by S Collett, over extra ground.
----Ms Davidson pleaded guilty to the charge.
----Stipendiary Steward Mr Coles, in demonstrating the video, showed the field passing the 200 metres mark. Miss Davidson was 4 horses off the fence. Her mount ZERGAR then started an outward movement and she did not straighten till she had gone 3 - 4 horse widths. At the time, THALESTRIS was racing on the outside of ZERGAR and rider N Collett had no option but to go with her.
----Miss Davidson had nothing to add.
----Mr Oatham gave Miss Davidson's record, which was good, but asked for a suspension.
