----Mrs D M Logan had signed the Statement by the Defendant on the information form acknowledging, on behalf of the partnership, that the breach of the Rule was admitted and that they did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information.
----The breach was found proved.
----Mr Ching, Stipendiary Steward, informed the Committee that a rider had not been declared for ANUTHAHOARSE by the time for declaration of riders (Thursday, 8 November at 10.00 am). A rider was declared for the horse at approximately 10.45 am after the National Racing Bureau had telephoned. Mr Ching recommended a fine of $50.00.
