--The protest was not contested.
--Mr Taumanu demonstrated the incident by use of the video films of the incident.
--As a result of the interference to both Pacific Idol and Motoring Astreos, I therefore relegate Calibrator from 4th position to last position behind Motoring Astreos.
--The amended placings are therefore 5, 7, 2, 8, 6 and 4.
