--The protest was not contested by the Owner Mr Cowan who endorsed the information accordingly.

--Being satisfied that Ruthless Chaser had broken from it proper gait when crossing the finish line and being lapped on by Be Afraid and Nacokee, Ruthless Chaser is relegated to 6th place.
