----Mr George informed the Committee that the deadline for declaration of riders for the meeting was 10.00 am on Thursday, 15 November 2007.
----Mr Beckett did not notify riders for those horses until he was contacted by the National Racing Bureau at 10.51 am on that day.
----Mr George sought a fine of $50. Mr Beckett was fined the sum of $50.
